I help clients visualize a space through renderings of existing or planned spaces to envision the potential finishes and qualities of a space. I deal directly with my clients to ensure their needs and desires are met and are receiving the assistance they expect. 

This is the most efficient option of my services because it is not as labor intensive as full-blown architectural drawings. If you are not in need of floor plans or accurately detailed designs, this is a great option for you! It still allows visualization through renderings along with a list of instructions, tips, and sources to bring your design to life!

I am skilled in several digital software programs that allow me to not only create well structured spaces but visualize your precise design through floor plans, 3D renderings, and furniture layout options. This allows every detail of your project to be thoughtfully designed and visualized!

This approach is by far the most detailed, large-scale, and useful for any renovation or New build! How does it work? The process is simpe: 1. We will begin with a in-person or virtual consultation to get an understanding of your needs and desires for this design. 2. Next I will schedule a time to come and survey the project which includes mesuring, photos, and further questions. 3. Then I handle the rest! I will begin a full set of Construction & Design documents including New Floor Plans, Demo Plans, Electrical Plans, Elevations of detailed spaces, and of course 3D Renderings + Walk throughs to visualize your project from start to finish! 

I do include furniture sourcing & mood-boards in the design unless it is not needed upon the clients request. If this is a small room or large-scale project I am here to help! 

Why should I go with this design package? If your project is going to involve a contractor, you will need plans for bidding the job accurately and allowing your contractors to understand the design to the fullest.

E-Design is a virtual consulting service I offer for any project in any location! This process works by contacting me through email and answering a questionnaire about your design needs and space details. I will then send two mood boards of what the client is wanting and then create one final board with instruction on how to implement it into a given space. This is great for redecorating or redesigning an entire space or just a little corner. From lighting to furniture, to wall treatments and flooring, this is a simple way to elevate your own space.

*cabinetry/built-ins include an additional fee of $100 *this is typically a 1-3 week process

Digital surface designs that I offer can be used for fabric, wallpaper, poster/pictures, and numerous other purposes. I deal directly with clients when distributing these patterns and can be commissioned an image or pattern idea of one's choosing.
